Peppered Grapefruit G&T

 

INGREDIENTS :

2 oz Waterloo No. 9 Gin

4 oz mediterranean tonic

2 oz grapefruit juice

black pepper, for garnish

grapefruit wedge for garnish

METHOD :

Fill a highball or balloon glass with ice. Add Waterloo No . 9 gin and grapefruit juice. Top with tonic, gently stirring to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and black pepper. Enjoy!
