INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Waterloo Antique Gin

.75 oz lemon juice

.75 oz simple syrup

1 egg white

DIRECTIONS:

Dry shake all ingredients vigorously

Wet shake over ice and strain into a coupe

Garnish with Angostura bitters
